We use both The Aircraft BlueBook tm and Vref tm to establish the current value of your aircraft. We will create a spec. sheet that
contains color photographs and lists all of the features and options of your particular aircraft. We will review your log books and
compare them with records from the FAA for accuracy and completeness.

The aircraft owner is required to pay for a title search to be performed on his aircraft in order to determine if a "Clear Title" exists
Financial institutions are "notorious" for placing a lien against an aircraft and being forgetful to issue a "release of lien" once the loan
has been satisfied. If there are problems with the title, we can assist the owner in resolving these issues for a small fee.

We require that a prospective buyer, at his/her expense, have a pre-purchase inspection performed by a licensed A & P that holds an IA.
If it is necessary to transport the aircraft more than 100 Nm, the prospective buyer will be responsible for all costs of transportation and
expenses such as fuel, overnight lodging, meals, etc.
